The items for sale on this site are also available in our showroom store. Occasionally, items may appear to be in stock on this website but have been sold out through the store.
I. Personal Information
As a matter of principle, the Snow City, LLC and Tracks 4 Less web sites will not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily submit it. We cannot receive your name, address, telephone number, email address or any other personal information unless you voluntarily provide it to us by your intentional act of sending us e-mail or purchasing products from us through our secure shopping cart feature.
No information is gathered, collected or recorded for the purpose of constructing a customer database to be used for mass mailings or mass solicitations by any other third party. We do not now and do not intend to sell, rent or market personal data about you to third parties.

We may collect information that is not personal. We may collect information on the browser you are using. We may determine the domain name of the web site you came from that linked you to our site. We may gather information on search engine results and determine which engine sends us the most visitors. None of this information can be personally identified with a specific person. It should not be a concern to a visitor.
Cookies are pieces of information that a web server may transfer to your computer through your web browser. When this information is stored on your computer, our system is able to recognize your browser and in turn customize web page content for you. With most Internet browsers, you can erase cookies from your computer hard drive, block all cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. Refer to your browser instructions or help screen to learn more about these functions. If you choose to reject cookies, you may not be able to use certain online services or website features.
V. Who to Contact
If you have submitted personal information through the Snow City, LLC or Tracks 4 Less web site and would like that information deleted from our records, please call (517-369-2001) or e-mail us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and provide the requested information. We will use reasonable efforts to delete this information from our existing files to the extent allowed by law. This policy is subject to modification at the sole discretion of Snow City, LLC. If the Policy is changed, we will post the changes in a revised Policy Statement.
We, at Snow City and Tracks 4 Less, try to ship all orders complete within one day of receipt. Due to the volume of orders we process, sometimes it may take 2 or 3 days. You will be notified via e-mail or telephone of any “out of stock” situations.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated when you place an item in the shopping cart. You do not have to complete the transaction. There are no service or handling fees (except as noted).
Snow City ships via UPS and the US Postal Service daily. Tracking numbers are normally provided by UPS and the US Postal Service upon their receipt.
Customers outside the U.S. will be responsible for any customs fees or duty charges. International shipments are with the US Postal Service unless advised otherwise. Snow City has no control over shipments once packages are placed with a carrier. Snow City does not provide insurance on packages placed with the US Postal Service. If you would like insurance (additional charge) on your item, please advise when placing the order (comments section). Packages sent via UPS have $100.00 of insurance coverage from UPS. If additional coverage is desired, please advise (comments section). Any claims for damage is between the customer and the carrier. We make every effort to safely and securely package your purchases. Snow City is not responsible for damage to items during shipping.
Items may be returned to Snow City for a refund of the purchase price or item replacement. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was sent out: in a saleable condition with all tags and/or instructions, i.e. unused, clean, no pet hair, smoke, etc. Items returned after 30 days from customer receipt date are subject to a 20% restocking fee, at our discretion. Except in the case of our error, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Including the invoice or a brief note explaining what you want will allow for quicker resolution. An e-mail alert or telephone call will also be appreciated.
